How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item at [email protected] or through our "contact us" form.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in new/unused/resellable conditions. (If we receive returns AFTER 30 days up to 60 days, store credit will be given)

Please contact us with a brief description of what is being returned and why you decided to return it. The product must be in resellable condition or a restocking fee or flat-out refusal may be issued. We of course want our customers to get a product that is in usable working order for the next customers.

You will get an email confirmation once we have accepted the return. At that point, we will assist you in returning the item(s). Once we receive the item(s) we can offer a refund or store credit, your choice. Please note that if your initial order qualified for the FREE shipping threshold and the returned order brings your original order below the FREE shipping threshold, the shipping amount will be deducted from your return/refund/exchange.
